Project Description:

This historic building  is located on the corner of Dame Street and Eustace Street in Dublin and dates from the 1700’s. 

The existing offices are to undergo a substantial renovation and a change of use to a hotel.  This boutique hotel includes 47 bedrooms, located on the upper floors, with a number of these accommodated in a proposed new level on top of the building.  

The ground floor areas include the hotel entrance foyer located off Eustace Street, along with a large restaurant area, accessed from Dame Street, which is available for use by the general public as well as hotel guests. 

A new shopfront is proposed, along with upgrades to the existing facades.  The new level on top of the building is dressed in glass and anodised aluminium fins to provide a lightweight contemporary aesthetic to compliment the original building.
