Residential Development, Foxrock, Dublin 18
Client: Amberwell Vision Ltd.
Three plots of land have been amalgamated to provide a prime residential site in the heart of Foxrock. The scheme comprises of 20 large apartments over four levels in a mix of 2 and 3 bed units, along with eight semi-detached houses and five large detached residences.
The development is accessed off Brighton Road with the apartments and houses arranged around central landscaped gardens which provides outdoor amenity space for the residents and a place for families and children to gather. The orientation of the buildings is carefully considered to ensure all private gardens and terraces are south or south-west facing.
The semi-detached houses extend to over 2,250sqft while the larger detached properties are 3,200sqft each. The apartments are also generously sized with the two bed units in excess of 1200sqft, ideal for trading down couples or for young families.
The materials used are in keeping with the aesthetic of the area, with a buff heritage brick used throughout along with a coloured render, with a zinc cladding bringing a clean contemporary feel to the development.
