The scheme has been designed to create a village type development comprising detached and semi-detached dwelling of various sizes. The areas of open space in front of each dwelling are integrated seamlessly with the public realm while making adequate provision for private car parking within the curtilage of each home.
Planting and hard landscaping are used to integrate the houses into their surroundings and to provide enhanced privacy to each dwelling. The planting includes native shrubs and trees which are indigenous to the area and which add to the overall aesthetic and appeal of the development.
