Project Description:

The project consists of four new houses along Brighton Road, Foxrock. An existing bungalow is removed to accommodate the houses which each measure over 3,000sqft and include 5 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and generous rear private gardens.

A single entrance off the road leads to a small internal avenue which provides access to 4 separate entrances to each house. This approach provides the required traffic sight lines and also maintains the sylvan character of the front boundary conditions, a requirement of the Local Council in this sensitive Architectural Conservation Area.

A limited palette of material are used including heritage brick, coloured render and zinc cladding, which all combine to give these houses a clean contemporary feel, while effortlessly fitting into their surrounding well established neighbourhood.
