This single storey house was extended with the living areas being rearranged to take advantage of the expansive views offered by the site. Four bedrooms are included, two with en suites along with a family bathroom, guest w.c. and utility room. A general open plan arrangement has been adopted with the option of seperating the dining & kitchen area from the living room with a bi-fold glazed screen. The external boat house also provides a den for the children.
