Project Description:

This project involved the relocation of a number of Local Authority Departments to a new building at 1 Harbour Square, Dun Laoghaire. The 1500sqm fit out over five floors addresses a number of specific department requirements. Individual offices and meeting rooms are detailed with frameless glazing which provides acoustic privacy, while an open plan approach to the general office areas provides a sound working environment which maximises the views towards the nearby harbour.
