The location had been rezoned for development and our client required a scheme which would be appropriate for the location and would also to attract businesses and employment into the area.
The design incorporates two separate use types. The leisure element comprises a hotel, holiday apartments, houses together with a golf course and club house.
The business and technology element comprises two phases of office development totalling approximately 680,000 sq. ft. of floor space along with a convenience store, coffee shop and crèche facilities.
This development has been granted planning permission. It is intended to retain Courtown House its outbuildings and curtilage along with the lodge houses and original boundary elements.
