This project was the winning entry in an architectural competition to design a new business & technology park containing over 400,000sq ft of office space, which comprises 10 buildings set on a prominent site along the Naas Road with buildings varying in size from 30,000sq ft to 100,000 sq ft in combinations of 3, 4 and 5 storeys. A walled garden at the heart of the proposal acts as a focal point for connecting these buildings both functionally and socially, which leads down to the existing lakes and is terminated with an open deck to feature a commissioned piece of sculpture. Phase 1 involved the construction of buildings B1 and D1; both 30,000 sq ft in size over 3 floors. Phase 2 completed the remaining buildings.
