Project Description:

Located at the junction of Priory Drive and the N11 in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, this project aims to provide a high-quality residential development, offering convenient access to Stillorgan Village and Blackrock Village.

The core of the proposal involves replacing an existing telecoms exchange building from the 1960s with a modern apartment complex. This complex encompasses 15 apartments, thoughtfully designed to include one, two, and three-bedroom units. Adequate parking facilities, including spaces for universal access, motorbikes, and bicycles, are provided. Multiple bus routes via the N11 further enhance connectivity.

Upon completion, the ground floor features two-bedroom apartments, an entrance foyer, and essential amenities. As you move up the floors, you find one and two-bedroom units, with the pinnacle being a spacious three-bedroom penthouse boasting a private roof terrace.

The architectural design adheres to density requirements and zoning regulations, with distinctive facades for each block. This creates an aesthetically pleasing blend of form and function. Residents enjoy private balconies and terraces, as well as access to a communal podium garden for relaxation and community interactions.
