This project consists of 21 apartments in a mix of one and two bed units, located close to Clondalkin village.
Most apartments face south west and overlook the landscaped gardens to the rear. The efficient layout maximises the number of units achieved on this site, with a single vertical lift core accessed from the front of the building. Above ground parking is provided along the front and side of the building, and a route into the lift core is also available from the rear.
External materials are limited to brick, render and fibre cement panels which are used to express the stair and lift core.
