A single house occupying this large site on Glenart Avenue was demolished to make way for 4 new houses. The houses are each over 3,000sqft in size and include 2 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.

The family living areas are located at the back of the properties opening out onto the west facing rear gardens. A central stair case connects the three levels of accommodation and is flooded with natural daylight from a tall window opening onto a double height volume.

The external materials have been carefully selected including a red heritage brick, granite stone and natural slate, in order that the houses fit well into the neighbouring context, while at the same time maintaining a fresh contemporary aesthetic.
