Located on Atmospheric Road, this residential development comprises 22 apartments arranged across two buildings, including a three-storey front block and a two-storey rear block, both with set-back upper levels to reduce visual impact. The scheme provides a balanced mix of one- and two-bedroom units, designed to accommodate a range of residents.
The layout is centred around a landscaped communal garden, creating a strong sense of place and encouraging social interaction, while a new public open space addresses the street. A shared amenity pavilion with gym, along with bicycle and bin storage, supports day-to-day living.
The development adopts a low-car approach, prioritising walking, cycling and public transport, and integrates green infrastructure through balconies, terraces and planting.
