Project Description:

Brighton Grove is a small residential development located on Brighton Road in South Dublin, within a private walled setting and approximately a ten-minute walk from Foxrock Village. The site benefits from close proximity to local shops, cafés and amenities, as well as convenient access to the LUAS and the M50.

Designed by Cantrell & Crowley Architects, the development comprises three four-bedroom detached houses arranged as a low-density enclave. The architectural approach focuses on clear massing, strong proportions and a high-quality material palette, responding to both the established residential context and the requirements of contemporary family living.

Access to the development is via a granite-pillared entrance, leading into a landscaped setting that provides a sense of privacy and separation from Brighton Road. Internally, the houses are organised around generous, well-proportioned spaces. A double-height entrance hall forms the central organising element, with increased ceiling heights and large-format windows maximising daylight and views to the gardens.

At ground floor level, living spaces are arranged to allow flexibility and ease of use for day-to-day family life. At first-floor level, bedrooms are designed to provide a high level of comfort and privacy, with en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes finished to a consistent standard throughout.

Brighton Grove is a compact, well-considered residential development, delivering high-quality housing within an established South Dublin neighbourhood.
