As lead consultants, Cantrell Crowley Architects have just completed the fitout of 3000 Sq.m. of office space on the ground and first floor levels of 5/6 Earlsfort Terrace. The office space was handed over to our client with a Cat A level finish and our brief was to create an office space comprising of open plan offices, individual offices, a mix of formal and informal meeting rooms, a canteen area, a training/conference room to cater for 50 people and a new reception area all to facilitate 170 staff members.

                               

Individual offices and meeting rooms are detailed with frameless glazing which maximise the use of space and daylight while providing acoustic privacy.

                               

The selected floor finishes, feature lighting, wall colours and slatted screens along with the in  formal loose furnishing provide a clean fresh environment in which to work.
