Three Houses, Glenart Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin
The scheme comprises of three 2 storey detached dwelling houses to the rear of the protected structure of No. 14 Avoca Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The design response was a modern use of form and materials in an infill site. Careful consideration was given to the problem of achieving daylight to the centre of a long plan on a north to south axis.
