Applewood Heights Apartments
Applewood heights is a development of 32 apartments situated on a brown field site in Greystones, Co Wicklow. We were appointed to modify the previous design and set about upgrading and enlarging the apartments with particular emphases on creating a sense of place within a sustainable design. The new concept maximizes day-lighting opportunities within generous accommodation suitable for all living requirements. Close attention has been given to private and semi-private spaces with enlarged balconies and a central landscaped area . This development is currently at planning stage and due for completion in 2010.
